Workshop formats

A good mix of knowledge, creativity and playful methods as well as the necessary commitment makes it easier to transfer what has been learned to one’s own context.

Here you will find our prepared workshop formats:

Future prospects for the Circular Economy

Objectives of the workshop:

What does this bring to our company?

How can this be applied to our products?

Materials, supply chains and cooperation in and with companies are changing. But how do you put all this into practice? If these questions concern you as much as they do us, you’ve come to the right place!

Pragmatic and scientific: Goals are not achieved through talk, but through action. The basis for this is sound knowledge and concrete implementation strength.

Holistic: Developments of the future are difficult to implement if they are not supported by everyone. We redistribute roles and consider all stakeholders.

The fields of action for your sustainability strategy

- or how to create a vision board

Setting visions for the future is not purely a sustainability issue. However, the scope of sustainability is so large that we often prioritise first.

Nevertheless, we should allow ourselves to think big! Because this is the only way a company can achieve exceptional performance and truly position itself for the future!

This workshop is suitable for:

  • Companies that are just at the beginning of their sustainability strategy or realignment.
  • Companies that have completed the materiality analysis step and now want to develop their strategy into goals in a structured way
  • Sustainability departments that are looking for a new direction for the department and would like to summarise topics

The workshop will take 1 day. Preliminary work, e.g. on the basis of a screening of stakeholders or the results of a materiality analysis already carried out, is possible in order to find a start in the vision board.

How to implement sustainability in your private live

Nachhaltigkeitsimput mit einer Handzeichnung von Lavendel

Implementing sustainability in the company is one thing – but above all, every company also has PEOPLE working in it. Only if we create offers to implement sustainability holistically in our private lives as well and are sensibilised to it, can we also apply this on a corporate level.

We offer awareness-raising workshops in various formats.

A one-day workshop on the topic of “A sustainable lifestyle” provides content on the areas of life:

  • Fashion
  • Mobility and travel
  • Nutrition
  • Living
  • Internet, work and money
  • Cosmetics

Format:

1 day

A training interrupted with practical handicraft applications such as making your own deodorant, beeswax wipes or similar.

Through the combination of content and handicraft implementation, the aim is to motivate participants to rethink their own lifestyle and to bring this rethinking to their workplace.
